  • Other Requirements:

    • Good standing with the CHA and your HCV property owner/manager.

    • At least 45 days left on your housing voucher.

    • One or more youth dependents up to age 16.

Families already living in Mobility Areas can receive counseling but are not eligible for the $1,000 grant.
