What Neighborhoods Accept CHA Mobility Vouchers?

Eligibility for the Program
You may qualify for the Mobility Counseling Program if you meet the following criteria:
Current HCV Participant: Not currently living in a Mobility Area.
New to the HCV Program: Families moving in from another housing authority may also qualify.
Other Requirements:
Good standing with the CHA and your HCV property owner/manager.
At least 45 days left on your housing voucher.
One or more youth dependents up to age 16.
Families already living in Mobility Areas can receive counseling but are not eligible for the $1,000 grant.
